What keeps happening to them?

seagulls, crows, or the wild cat hanging around :(

but usually it is the gulls :/

I know you don't wanna invest too much money but do they have good cover? Maybe some chicken wire with a pet door flap. Or maybe some thorny bushes that would drive away other animals.

That's a pretty good ratio mate. My dad usually got 3 out of 15, well enjoy them while they are fluffy and cute, like kids thery grow up real quick, besides, I just had a photo thought flash through my head ;)

Well at dad's place the foxes usually got them and even some of the other birdlife, Chooks, Other ducks and one had a go at a goose, but they fight back hard.
